Project Role : Deployment Lead Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Must have skills : Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Argus Good to have skills : Veeva vault safety Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning, scheduling, budgeting. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are synchronized and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are key daily tasks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Individual contributor role - Coordinate and create the technical and business cutover plan for implementation and data migration project - Coordinate with different vendor groups and sme's from technical and business groups to finalize the plan - Work with client to finalize and approve the plan, track queries from business and technical groups and facilitate resolution of queries and doubts to ensure all are aligned with the proposed plan. - Schedule and drive meetings to track progress of the cutover plan - Raise issues, risks as needed and drive identification of mitigation plans. - Create /update status reports and share with senior leadership - Continue in the technical integrations team to provide hypercare support for integration development. Professional & Technical Skills: - 10 years of hands on experience in Pharmacovigilance. - Hands on technical experience in applications like Oracle Argus in roles like application support, implementations, upgrades etc - Experience in integrating different intake and reporting applications with patient safety DBs using technologies like out of the box E2B profiles, custom profiles, APIs, PL SQL views etc. - Should have played the role of a technical and business cutover manager for data migrations/upgrade projects - Required experience in creating cutover plans from business and technical perspective – with respect to volume ramp down and ramp up etc - Excellent communication skills and ability to drive calls independently, track and report status to leadership, raise risks/issues confidently as needed - Ability to get work done from different groups Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience PV in systems like oracle Argus.
