Your Impact Maintain our webpages and manage edits to pages from various team members, collaborating across marketing Manage the upload and ongoing maintenance of Google Business Profiles as new advisor profiles are onboarded, and handle Google support verification follow-ups Execute advisor microsite updates and edits, routing content changes through to the live site on a recurring basis Perform routine QA and maintenance on proprietary internal marketing tools — flag bugs, broken links, rendering issues, and assist with testing new features and functionality; escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution Assist with writing PRD documentation for new tools, functionality, and features in our internal marketing system Help maintain structure and hygiene of shared G Drive folders in Google Workspace Build and execute emails in HubSpot for team members across marketing Manage send lists, handle data hygiene, and process opt-outs in HubSpot Handle end-to-end event logistics: create Zoom events, build registration pages, send invitations, and coordinate post-event communications Import and manage contact and organization lists sourced from GuideStar, ZoomInfo, and other tools for the Institutional and Growth teams Support lead verification and deduplication for inbound advisor leads using tools like LinkedIn, BeenVerified, and FINTRX; flag and merge duplicate records to maintain list integrity Manage AdvisorFinder.com listings and maintain advisor profiles on-platform Drive automation for performance monitoring and dashboards for leadership updates Support Growth team reporting on program performance monitoring The Ideal Match Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you catch things others miss Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders without losing track of priorities Proficient with marketing and CRM tools; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and comfortable learning new platforms quickly Bonus Points Comfortable and adept at AI tools, or have an interest in working with AI-powered systems Hands-on experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, AEM, etc.) Interested in the intersection of financial services and marketing operations Why Join Us —  Competitive comp package that rewards impact Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startup Chart your own growth path as we expand Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options Unlimited PTO Ready to disrupt wealth management?
