About the Job
We are looking for a Digital Merchant to join our Europe Merchandising team and support the growth of our digital wholesale business across a portfolio of key online partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of digital wholesale accounts (such as ASOS, Next, About You..), supporting performance across the full season
Analyse product performance (sell-in, sell-out, trading data) and identify opportunities to drive growth
Work across multiple categories (men’s, women’s, tops, bottoms), with additional ownership of Accessories insights for wholesale
Support the development of consumer-relevant assortments across categories, ensuring strong commercial impact
Partner closely with Planning, Marketing, Sales and Merchandising teams to ensure aligned and effective execution
Drive in-season actions to optimise sell-through, manage risks and support overall business performance
Contribute to seasonal launches by ensuring the right product mix and supporting product storytelling across accounts
Maintain key merchandising tools and systems (line plans, catalogues, data tracking)
Provide insights on consumer trends, market dynamics and account needs to inform future strategies
About You
2/3 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
Understanding of retail KPIs, assortments and product performance
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Passion for product, fashion and consumer trends
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint required); experience with analytical tools is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel 10-20%
This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is € 57,800 – € 77,000 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
