Flexible : We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?   Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.  Support implementation programs including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.  Work with data, integration, and platform teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality requirements.  Contribute to activities related to data integrity, system documentation, and quality expectations for regulated environments.  Create client-ready deliverables including roadmaps, governance materials, status reports, and executive presentations.  Collaborate with global delivery teams and client product owners to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality.  HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:   Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field  At least two years of experience in technology consulting or technology roles in a Life Sciences organization.  Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and working with delivery teams in agile or hybrid delivery models.  Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).  Understanding of working in regulated environments, including documentation and quality considerations.  Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements.
