Damar is looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals to perform a variety of tasks related to the care of Adult clients living in our Damar Villages. Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential.
We are hiring for the following shifts...
Weekend (7:00 am - 11:00 pm / Sat & Sun) *Can pick up an optional 8-hour shift Monday-Friday

Assist with the development of appropriate daily living, self-help and social skills

Respond to and manage crisis situations
What you need to be considered:
Be at least 18 to work in our Community Living and Support Services program
Be able to provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED
Possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record
Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
Successfully complete a pre-employment physical
Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
