It isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to guide, empower, and make a lasting difference in young lives.  If you’re motivated by purpose and believe in helping kids reach their potential, we’d love to meet you!  Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment      Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.     Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.      Prepare meals and snacks.     Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.      Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.    Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.     Other duties as assigned   Why This Role:  Personal fulfillment, a meaningful career, and the chance to make a difference.  Positively impact someone’s life.   Gain health care experience to further your career.  What Makes You a Great Fit:  6 months  of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations  required  (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)  6 months of volunteer experience may be used in leui of professional work experience.  Must be 21 years of age or older  per Washington state licensing requirements High School Diploma or GED  Have a passion to help youth through person-centered care Dependable, adaptable, and flexible   Must be able to provide references  Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training     Good communication is key in this role.
