Overview Director of Clinical Education – Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Are you an experienced Sonographer who is passionate about education and helping develop the next generation of healthcare professionals? Join our team as a Director of Clinical Education and play a key role in preparing students for successful careers in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Responsibilities What You'll Do Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical sites and healthcare organizations Secure and manage clinical affiliation agreements Coordinate and oversee student clinical placements and rotations Ensure students meet all clinical requirements, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings Visit clinical sites and support clinical instructors and preceptors Teach both didactic and clinical coursework within the DMS program Deliver engaging lectures, labs, and hands-on learning experiences Monitor student progress, provide coaching and feedback, and support student success Maintain compliance with accreditation, institutional, and clinical partner requirements Participate in campus, professional, and community engagement activities Qualifications Required Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography Minimum of 4 years of professional sonography experience At least 2 years of experience in Abdomen and OB/GYN sonography Preferred Teaching or clinical instruction experience Experience mentoring students or healthcare professionals Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Why Join Us? $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity to shape the future of healthcare education Meaningful impact on student success and career development Collaborative and supportive campus environment Professional growth and leadership opportunities Additional Information On-campus position Local travel up to 10% Work is performed in classroom, lab, and clinical environments
