Job Details We are looking for a Per Diem Director of our Radiology School to join our team! The provides leadership and administrative oversight for a JRCERT-accredited School of Radiography. This role ensures high-quality didactic and clinical education, compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and effective management of faculty, staff, and students. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the radiography curriculum in compliance with JRCERT, ARRT, and NYSDOH standards Prepare and maintain accreditation reports, self-studies, and outcome assessments Teach assigned courses and coordinate guest lecturers Oversee clinical education, faculty performance, and staffing Recruit, select, and advise students; oversee admissions and student records Chair annual Advisory Committee meetings Maintain student handbooks, policies, and program documentation Manage program budget, financial records, and purchasing Plan and coordinate graduation ceremonies Serve as liaison to clinical sites, vendors, and professional organizations Foster a respectful, collaborative learning and work environment Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree required Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program Minimum 3 years post-ARRT certification professional experience Minimum 2 years teaching experience (JRCERT-accredited program preferred) Current NYS Radiologic Technology license Current ARRT registration Posted Salary Range USD $61.03 - USD $61.03 /Hr.
