SpyCloud is seeking a high performing individual for the company’s new Director of Product, Consumer & Alliances to lead the evolution of the effort of create data and analytic products to address SpyCloud’s Growing Consumer Threat Protection and Alliances/OEM segments. In this role you will be the industry expert in leveraging data collected from deep within the criminal underground to protect consumer facing applications from losses due to customer account-takeover and fraud. You will also engage deeply with a wide range of alliances customers that embed SpyCloud data and capabilities within their own security or identity applications.
This role will partner closely with SpyCloud Labs, Data Science, and Data Engineering to improve the fidelity, scalability, and identity context of SpyCloud’s data and analytic signals leveraging leading-edge data science and AI capabilities. This individual will heavily leverage the best tools available to rapidly define and prototype product concepts and work with an AI-forward team to deliver them rapidly to market.
The Director of Product will work to build enrichment, correlation, and identity analysis systems that transform dark web, malware, and identity data into actionable intelligence. This role sits at the center of SpyCloud’s data lifecycle—shaping how new data sources and identity signals are assimilated, enriched, and correlated to reveal compromised data, exposed employees, and emerging risks across the digital identity landscape.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring both technical fluency and strategic vision. You’ll balance investments between scalability, intelligence depth, identity insight quality, and cost efficiency, while collaborating with customers and downstream product teams to turn signals into high-impact detections, dashboards, and identity risk alerts.

What You'll Do:
Define and deliver the products for our customers that wish to stop cybercriminals before they can successfully attack their consumers.
Define and deliver the products within the Consumer Threat Protection and Alliances spaces that will meet and exceed our revenue and retention targets.
Lead and coordinate a growing team of analytics professionals across Security Research, Data Science, AI Operations and API Engineering
Lead prioritization of enrichment, correlation, and identity analytics capabilities that improve risk contexts and threat fidelity.
Partner with Security Research, Data Science, and Data Engineering to identify and integrate new sources that help to drive new products for this market segment
Drive the embedding of AI/ML-driven enrichment and detection methods into SpyCloud’s pipeline, driving automation and scalability.
Balance roadmap investments between scalability, intelligence depth, identity signals, and cost efficiency
Work with downstream product teams to turn signals into high-impact detections, alerts, and identity risk scoring / identity insights.
Define APIs, schemas, and service-level expectations for internal and external consumers of SpyCloud data.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to translate intelligence value into product narratives and use cases that resonate with Consumer Identity and/or Consumer Fraud teams.
Requirements:
6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in consumer identity, consumer fraud, or application security.
Demonstrated success owning data-driven or analytics-centric products that power multiple downstream applications.
Technical familiarity with streaming data systems, ML pipelines, data modeling, identity feature engineering, and API design.
Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; experienced in defining and tracking KPIs that measure quality, timeliness, and user impact.
Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Research, and Go-To-Market teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — capable of bridging technical depth with business clarity.
Comfort using AI-assisted tools (LLMs) to synthesize research, prioritize, and validate requirements.
Agile/Lean fluency and familiarity with collaboration platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Salesforce).
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to IAM products or integrations
MBA or advanced business/technical degree
Data Science experience and/or training.
Base Salary Range: $153,000 – $230,000
The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting.
