We are seeking a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role is critical to ensuring efficient dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is on-site in Tinton Falls, NJ What We Offer Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Insurance available after 31 days (low-cost medical plans available) Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Clean office environment with strong team culture Career advancement opportunities within a national service network Responsibilities As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will: Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive Qualifications What You Need Proven experience as a Dispatcher  Experience managing 15–20+ technicians in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage a high-volume workload (200+ daily appointments) with accuracy Strong proficiency in Google Maps and manually routing calls Familiarity with Northern and Southern New Jersey geography preferred Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments (HVAC or home services preferred) Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Excellent multitasking abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Ability to work in-office daily (no remote work available) Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed Work Environment Fast-paced, high-demand office setting Requires constant multitasking and real-time decision-making Frequent communication with technicians and customers throughout the day *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
