Job Details: Title: Document Review Attorney - Japanese Location: New York City, NY Duration: 1 month (may extend) Division: Legal Note: • We are seeking experienced Japanese-speaking candidates to conduct effective due diligence on Japanese clients by reviewing contracts, certificate of incorporations, registration statements to determine their legal status. • Candidate may have to carry out online legal research for entities where registration statements or other materials are not available.
