Preferred
Experience selling standby generators or backup power systems
Knowledge of diesel, natural gas, propane generators, and transfer switches
Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or facility managers

Responsibilities
Generate new sales and build customer relationships
Assess customer power needs and recommend generator solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
Present products and explain features, warranties, and benefits
Coordinate with installation and service teams
Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers
Meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5+ years of sales experience (generator, electrical, HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment preferred)
Basic knowledge of generators and electrical systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
