Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and take your career to the next level!  Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has a challenging career opportunity for an Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Analyst  to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Spectrum Management Office (SMO) within the Office of the Chief Engineer. This Engineer will focus on advancing mission-critical initiatives through comprehensive spectrum lifecycle management—including system certification, frequency authorization, interference resolution, and global deployment coordination. Responsibilities Provide direct operational and administrative support to the MDA SMO (CED) under the Specialty Engineering Director Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for all MDA missions, ensuring absolute data accuracy and consistency Develop, author, and submit System Certifications (DD1494) using STEPSTONE and EL-CID programs Develop, coordinate, and submit frequency authorization requests using Spectrum XXI (SXXI) for developmental, fielded, and new systems Develop, update, and maintain critical reports and databases to support operational and engineering activities Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues between developmental and deployed systems Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency. Develop, update, compile, and submit Host Nation Coordination (HNC) packets and Site Surveys for globally deploying systems Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in STEM 7+ years of experience Active Secret clearance Successfully pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of a military spectrum management school  4+ years of experience within federal/DoW spectrum management Ability to obtain / Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance Experience with Spectrum XXI (SXXI)  Knowledge of the NTIA Manual (Redbook) Experience with the GEMSIS suite (Stepstone, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online [HNSWD-O], Joint Spectrum Data Repository [JSDR], Integrated Spectrum Desktop) Knowledge of electromagnetic propagation modeling, wave behavior, and signal attenuation Experience with Mat-lab or other programming languages  Knowledge of the Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution Online (JSIR-O) portal Experience with NTIA EL-CID Knowledge of standard engineering practices  Experience with automation tools or programming/scripting languages to aid in data analysis Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) theory and electromagnetic principles Excellent problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
