Eligibility Processor

Description: Responsible for creation and maintenance of eligibility records. Evaluates data and responds to telephone inquiries regarding eligibility. Has high degree of contact with Case Managers, Client Contacts, and providers. Minimum Requirements Education: HS/GED. Experience: 1-3 years. Requirements/Certifications: Minimum of 1 year customer service, claims, or general office experience Proficient with MS Office software. Ability to type 60 WPM. Strong ten key user.
