Feel free to check us out at http://www.mindlance.com Title: Email Marketing Associate Duration: 3 Months (Contract to Hire) Location : NYC Job Description: The “Email Marketing Associate” is responsible for the successful management and reporting of all initiatives in support of outbound email campaigns. We’re looking for a data-driven, highly organized individual who can see the big picture while being able to communicate the right data points to the right people. Responsibilities - Email marketing guru, understands best practices in email marketing and able to create better campaigns and tactics with them. - Project management of inbound campaign work and email requests - Traffic large volumes of deadline-driven email campaigns and assets - Management of email channel calendar - Reporting on email campaigns (status and outcomes) for various stakeholders - Cross-departmental collaboration on major projects and new initiatives - Effectively communicate between technical, operational and strategy groups - Recommend and oversee list management practices including data sanitation, scrubbing, opt outs, and suppression Required Skills: - 2+ years experience in digital marketing field - Knowledge of aspects of email marketing including delivery, analysis, legislation, authentication/reputation systems, general industry trends and metrics, and the end-to-end production process - Excellent time-management, organizational and project management skills - Experience working with major Email Platforms such as ExactTarget, Silverpop, and DreamMail - Extensive understanding of email best practices and CAN-SPAM laws - Strong Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables, lookups, and charting - Experience with multivariate testing, analysis and reporting - List management and email launch process familiarity - Strong interdepartmental communication skills - Ability to quickly identify and address operational and process issues - Strong analytical skills, ability to make actionable recommendations (i.e. A/B Testing) - Excellent QA ability and attention to detail MOVING THIS UP TO REQUIRED - Email HTML coding, PSD to HTML experience Desired (not required) Skills: - SQL and ability to query databases - Experience with dynamically scripted emails; ExactTarget ampscripting a plus - Experience with Responsive Mobile Email Design and mobile best practices Education/Certifications: Bachelors or equivalent experience Thanks & Regards’ ______________________________________________________________________ ___ Vikram Bhalla | Team Recruitment | Mindlance, Inc. | W : 732 504 6695
