You Are
A seasoned energy industry professional with deep experience in Midstream operations, including pipelines, gas processing, NGL fractionation, storage, and/or transportation. You bring the credibility to lead complex client engagements, solve work and asset management challenges, and translate strategy into operational and digital transformation. You have an understanding of the control systems and platforms that underpin modern midstream operations, as well as the unique commercial considerations of midstream players, and you know how to drive efficiency and reliability. You combine strong program leadership with hands-on delivery, and you are comfortable engaging executives while guiding teams through change. You are driven by results, thrive in ambiguity, and have a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes across operations, supply chain, data, and technology.
The Work
Lead delivery of management consulting and system implementation projects across Midstream pipeline, gas processing, NGL, and storage operations
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, helping address work and asset management challenges across operations, maintenance, integrity management, and capital programs
Shape and manage large-scale programs, including resource planning, staffing, financial tracking, and status reporting
Drive transformation initiatives in areas such as Data & AI, Supply Chain optimization, pipeline integrity, operational automation, and Cost Takeout to deliver measurable performance improvement
Partner with internal and client teams across business process design, technology enablement, and digital operations
Create value propositions that align operational improvements with executive financial and strategic priorities
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding client relationships
Support people leadership activities, including coaching, performance development, and team growth
What you need
Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry with preference for Midstream experience (pipelines, gas processing, NGL, storage, and/or transportation)
Direct experience with midstream industry operators and/or within a consulting firm's energy practice focused on the space
Proven delivery experience across management consulting and system implementation projects
Program and service delivery experience, including resource planning, staffing, and status reporting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points
Experience with Data & AI, Supply Chain transformation, pipeline integrity management, and/or Cost Takeout initiatives
Experience with commonly used systems (e.g., Ignition, OSIsoft PI, Wonderware) and/or GIS tools (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, Smallworld)
Knowledge of work and asset management processes within pipeline or gas processing operations
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FERC, PHMSA, or DOT pipeline safety requirements
Commercial experience in the midstream space
Prior experience leading multi-workstream programs or complex client engagements
Professional Skill Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in complex environments
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Comfortable working across both OT (operational technology) and IT environments
Ability to bridge the gap between field operations, engineering, and enterprise technology teams
Willingness to travel as required
