THE POSITION - REMOTE, USA The NAVLIN US Consulting Engagement Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving consulting revenue growth while mentoring a growing US team, driving project outcomes, and ensuring client delight. The role involves leading projects spanning from strategic thinking backed by robust data-driven tools to pure market research. Engagement Managers drive the translation of market research and analytics data into actionable commercial strategies. Projects may include aspects of pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analysis, health-technology assessments, and more. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by activities including: Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic challenges and opportunities to expand client partnerships with the immediate team and broader EVERSANA Driving business development through identification of follow-on opportunities, development of proposals, and expansion of existing client accounts Contributing to development of consulting methodologies, pricing & market access frameworks, thought leadership content, and knowledge management initiatives Overseeing project staffing, budgeting, scope management, and profitability across multiple concurrent engagements Leading teams in structuring complex business problems in US and global pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies, developing analytical frameworks, and synthesizing research into actionable recommendations Leading development of compelling, consistently high-quality client-facing materials and presenting high-level strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Champion adoption of AI-enabled consulting workflows, including knowledge management, research acceleration, workflow automation, and development of reusable team capabilities. Implementing and improving consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge across the team. Mentoring and coaching junior staff members, providing timely feedback to ensure professional growth and project excellence. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience and/or Training: 5-7+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, including demonstrated leadership of project teams, client relationships, and business development activities. Deep expertise in US pricing and market access, including mastery of payer analytics and working knowledge of value-based pricing models. Strong research, conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated proactivity, self-awareness, and accountability. Mastery of time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop and oversee the creation of creative, well-structured PowerPoint presentations. Appetite for learning and ability to work in both collaborative and independent remote environments Technology/Equipment:  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education:  Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MS) in a relevant field (e.g., Math, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, or Business). Experience and/or Training: Prior experience in life sciences commercial strategy and/or pricing & market access consulting Experience with secondary research (researching topics such as clinical guidelines) and primary research (in-depth interviews and surveys) Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or
