Position Details:  Industry Manufacturing Work Location East Peoria IL 61611 Job Title Engineer Duration 1 Year (Strong possibility of extension) Job Description:        • Research and investigate the design, functionality and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes.  • Typical Day Research, design, develops, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.  • Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects.  • Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software.  • Working hours: flexible, core hours 9-3. Technical Skills Required Education/Experience:  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.  • 5 to 7 engineering experience required.  • CadetWin & Cadet. • CANape. • MS Office (Word and Excel). • Heavy Equipment Operation. • **Ideal candidate will have a background with farming experience.  • Experience with Basic electronic testing using Digital Volt/Ohm Meters, Digital Oscilloscopes, and Function Generators  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.  • Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field.  • Hands on mechanical work and control development background. • Soft Skills Required Ability to work independently is a key. • Creativity, Verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and problem solving ability.
