Overview
RealPage is transforming the property management industry through innovative software solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, increase resident satisfaction, and drive growth for our customers. As an Enterprise Architect within our Integrated Front Office, you will play a critical role in defining and guiding the enterprise-level technical vision across multiple product suites, including Leasing, CRM, Screening, Marketing, and Integrations.
This role is intentionally technology-agnostic and focused on architecture, alignment, and decision-making rather than hands-on coding. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product leadership, and solution teams to ensure platforms evolve in a scalable, secure, and cohesive manner.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and maintain target-state architectures that align business strategy, product roadmaps, and technical execution.
System & Platform Design: Guide architectural decisions across distributed systems, integrations, data platforms, and shared services.
Technology Governance: Establish architectural principles, standards, and guardrails to support consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Cross-Product Alignment: Partner with engineering and product leaders across business units to reduce fragmentation and improve interoperability.
Integration Architecture: Oversee system-to-system integration patterns, data flows, and service contracts across internal and external platforms.
Cloud & Modernization Guidance: Provide architectural leadership for cloud adoption, modernization initiatives, and legacy system evolution.
Risk & Tradeoff Analysis: Evaluate architectural risks, technical debt, and investment tradeoffs, clearly communicating recommendations to leadership.
Collaboration & Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
