Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
Job Description
o Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor processing equipment
o Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with PM specifications
o Give accurate and detailed pass downs of problems found and repairs performed
o Update and maintain equipment logs and work orders in MES and CMMS
o Work with equipment engineering and other cross functional groups in support of continuous improvement activities for availability, productivity, and yield enhancement.
o Assist in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to meet the ERT Member eligibility requirements
Knowledge and ability to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures
Able to comply with all clean room protocols and procedures
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Effective communicator both verbally and written.
Work effectively as an individual contributor and with other groups and business units.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience performing scheduled and Unscheduled maintenance on Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Experience in wafer fab clean room manufacturing preferable but not required
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
Good judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
Ability to work as a team player and interface with various groups.
Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range:
N40-USA-1 :$30.70 - $38.35 Disclaimer:
