Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms. Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio. Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis. Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation. Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testing activities. Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments. Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials. Promote best practices and consistent system usage.
