ES Field Ops Lead - Marine

POSITION SUMMARY:   The ES Field Ops Lead – Marine designates duties and provides direction for a work shift, project or crew for emergency response and marine operations activities. The ES Field Ops Lead ensures personnel safety by enforcing safety procedures and providing training as required.  PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:   Assists supervisors and management in coordinating the activities of marine operations personnel, while ensuring all personnel abide by Health and Safety policies, processes, and procedures Perform Preventative Maintenance and Repairs as directed by management Direct teams and participants in projects, as needed, by performing labor intensive tasks in a potentially dirty and physically demanding capacity and in harsh environments under varying weather conditions.
