Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. Coordinate event schedules, venues, vendors, and logistics. Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met. Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation as needed. Track budgets and assist with expense management. Support on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues when necessary. Maintain accurate event records and post-event reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
