As Events Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of international meetings - from coordinating logistics and managing vendors to supporting budgets, travel, compliance, and post‑event processes. You’ll ensure smooth, well‑organized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Full-time employment - hybrid in Madrid or remote in Spain

You will:
Prepare and attend international events
Manage meetings conduct management and troubleshooting
Communicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning, budgeting, organization, conduct and follow-up
Conduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetings
Oversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendees
Review contracted vendor invoices and the payment process
Provide data related to Investigators’ Meetings and other project meetings expenses to the finance team
Oversee investigators’ reimbursement payments
Oversee online registration system maintenance
Oversees compliance with country-specific policies regarding interactions with Health Care Professionals
Estimate meeting costs for potential or existing contracts
College or University degree
At least 5 years of experience in events organization and management
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Full working proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
High level of responsibility and customer orientation
Ability and desire to travel abroad
