What You'll Be Doing Operate long reach excavator equipment to perform excavation, dredging, and material handling tasks. Execute precise digging and placement activities in accordance with site plans and safety standards. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Collaborate with site teams to support efficient workflow and production goals. Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and environmental regulations. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate long reach excavator equipment with precision and control. Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to read and interpret site plans, grades, and operational instructions. Mechanical aptitude to identify basic equipment issues and perform minor maintenance. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
