What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems. Complete accurate, efficient repairs while meeting performance goals in a flat-rate environment. Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs. Document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors. Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive line technician. Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. We prefer experience in a dealership environment. ASE Certifications are a huge plus. Toyota certifications are a major advantage and respected. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
