Dealership: L0710 BMW of Bloomfield BMW of Bloomfield NOW HIRING Experienced BMW Technicians! Pay: $23 to $40+ per flat rate hour, based on experience Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30-6; Saturday 8-4 Walk-in interviews welcome, please ask for Service Manager Richard Hwang! Who We're Looking For: ALL LEVELS of technicians with BMW experience! Up-to-date, active ASE and manufacturer certifications Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
