What You'll Do Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently Maintain communication throughout the service process What You'll Bring Automotive service experience Communication and customer service skills Time management and organizational abilities Ability to type and enter repair orders Computer skills and understanding of cost calculations Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
