The Facilities and EHS Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ‑ facility operations for the Deer Park, Illinois site, including two office floors, training rooms, and demo laborator y , with functional and budgetary responsibility. You will serve as the on ‑ site leader for workplace operations, including mailroom and shipping, facilities and vendor management, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), demo lab support activities , business continuity planning while delivering operational efficiency, cost control, and a positive associate and customer experience that enables an d contributes to our onsite work culture .
This position reports to the VP, Global Sales Enablement & Operations and is l ocated at our Commercial Hub, located in Deer Park, Illinois, this is a full-time on-site role .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own the end- to- end delivery of site facilities operations in partnership with property management, ensuring uninterrupted site readiness through maintenance, contingency planning, vendor and contractor oversight, renovations, space planning, moves, and new hire setups, while fully owning facilities contracts, costs, risk, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
Lead site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities—including incident management, emergency preparedness, drills, audits, compliance monitoring, and KPI tracking—while partnering with EHS leadership to conduct annual Business Continuity Planning and to regularly maintain , review, and update continuity plans.
Oversee and execute Mailroom and Shipping Operations, receiving , logging, sorting, distribution, and tracking of all inbound and outbound courier shipments and U.S. and international mail, while maintaining accurate records to ensure the timely internal and external delivery of packages and correspondence.
Manage general conference rooms, training rooms, mailroom spaces, office supplies, office sundries, e.g. coffee, snacks, copiers, and shared equipment, ensuring common areas, training rooms, and workspaces are maintained to high operational and company image standards in support of a professional, organized, and efficient workplace.
Support the demo lab operations by ensuring demo laboratories meet cleanliness, safety, environmental and operational standards , scheduling and booking of demo lab for customer site visits.
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience including facilities management, maintenance and supplier management
Proven experience managing end to end facilities and site , including preventive maintenance, contingency planning, space planning, renovations, relocations, and ensuring day to day site readiness
Operational experience delivering high- quality workplace services, including mailroom and shipping operations, shared services management, documentation control, risk-based decision making, and continuous improvement to enhance safety, compliance, and employee experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30 lb
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Vendor, contractor, and facilities service contracts, including maintenance, repair, calibration, and outsourced services, with accountability for performance management, purchase orders, renewals, cost control, and compliance.
Hands on experience leading Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities at site level, including incident management, audits, emergency preparedness, drills, KPI tracking, and development, testing, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.

The annual salary range for this role is $120k - $135k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time
