Skilled in the following areas: decision making problem solving conflict resolution team working attention to detail dependable and punctual Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience. Ability to understand and follow directions without close supervision. Ability to perform cleaning responsibilities as assigned. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, burnishers, etc. Ability to understand chemical cleaning application and methods. Ability to identify maintenance problems that need the attention of repair personnel. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Ability to effectively communicate. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (50 pounds) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Employees must be prepared to assume uncomfortable positions such as crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Additionally, the work environment can include confined or narrow spaces. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
