As a Field Project Representative , you'll work directly with contractors, engineers, and project owners to ensure our products are installed correctly and perform as designed. You'll gain hands-on experience with high-profile bridge projects while opening the door to future opportunities in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations. What You'll Do Serve as R.J. Watson's on-site representative during product installations and field service visits. Provide technical support and guidance to contractors and project teams. Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders. Coordinate job site visits, schedules, and travel arrangements. Inspect installations, troubleshoot field issues, and communicate solutions with internal teams. Prepare detailed field reports with photos following each site visit. Represent the company with professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction and job site safety. Travel approximately 60% throughout the U.S. and Canada, including occasional nights, weekends, and short-notice assignments. Support Sales and Engineering with customer follow-up, product feedback, demonstrations, and administrative tasks when not traveling. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60%) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites Basic Microsoft Office skills Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Associate degree or technical degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field Experience in construction, manufacturing, field service, or mechanical work Ability to read construction drawings or technical documents Why Join R.J.
