The Network Development team drives Lithia & Driveway’s growth strategy through acquisitions, divestitures, and market expansion. As a Financial Analyst , you will play a key role in evaluating transactions, building financial models, and delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role with strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Location: Corporate Office – Medford, OR Compensation Range: $60,000–$85,000, with a typical starting range of $60,000–$75,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You’ll Do Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning Assist with acquisition data integration, including reconciliation of financial statements and trial balances Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:    Competitive pay  Medical, Dental and Vision Plans  Paid Holidays & PTO  Short and Long-Term Disability  Paid Life Insurance  401(k) Retirement Plan  Employee Stock Purchase Plan  Lithia Learning Center  Vehicle Purchase Discounts  Wellness Programs ​ For a more detailed view, visit:  www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com .  High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
