Job Description
The Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to build on their experience within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing As Financial Reporting Manager, you will:
Financial Reporting & Month-End
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis
Own key areas of revenue and cost accounting end-to-end
Deliver timely reporting through the Group reporting system
Ensure balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations
Statutory Reporting & Audit
Play a key role in preparing statutory accounts
Partner with external auditors, managing audit deliverables and queries
Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact
Controls & Governance
Strengthen and maintain financial controls across reporting processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks
Support internal audits and continuous improvement of controls
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and operational teams
Support delivery of shareholder reporting packs
Act as deputy to the Financial Controller when required
Technical Expertise
Provide guidance on complex accounting matters
Prepare technical accounting papers for key judgements
What You’ll Bring Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
At least 1+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in financial reporting
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
