Description of Work Broughton Hospital is accepting applications for full-time Food Service Assistants to work 40 hours per week. The Food Service Assistant is primarily responsible for serving foods, minor food preparation, and cleaning all stations within Nutritional Services. This position is also the backup for the covering the Employee’s Café. Various vacant positions. Responsibilities Include: Operating wash ware dish machines Maintaining high standards of sanitation Serving foods and minor food preparation Perform moderately heavy physical labor for extended periods of time Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Our hospital serves the western thirty-seven (37) counties of North Carolina, as part of the state's system of care and treatment for persons with mental illness.
