Overview of the role    Starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour The Front Desk Agent is a unique position in which the host will be responsible for Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge services. They will be the first impression, providing a unique check-in experience. The host will serve as the first physical impression of the property and be responsible for providing a unique, professional, and hospitable arrival and departure experience. What you have     High school diploma, equivalent, or higher   Previous hospitality experience   Excellent customer service skills   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written   Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, and iPads Proven experience working in a clean, organized, and efficient manner   Ability to take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervision   Experience in handling confidential information   Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with a team   A sense of ownership in everything that you do   Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
