Full Time - Food Trailer Production Worker

Job Summary Prepare ingredients, cooking menu items, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Principal Accountabilities Prepares and cooks daily food menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Operate food trailer equipment, including grills, fryers, and warming stations. Interact with customers, taking orders, handling payments and addressing any questions or concerns. Ensures accuracy and quality of delivered food. Monitor stock levels and restock ingredients and supplies, as needed. Cleans the trailer and ensuring proper food storage. Maintains a clean and safe environment. This includes following proper food handling procedures, cleaning equipment, and adhering to health regulations. Responsible for handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system. Perform general cleaning and sanitization, sweep, mop, ensuring trailer is visible clean, organized and fully stocked at all times. Remove garbage as needed.
