Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs. Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale. Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot. What You'll Bring 1+ years of automotive technician, lube technician, or maintenance experience. Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude. Toyota or Lexus experience but not required. ASE certifications. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for a Service Technician position is $16.90-$55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
