Job Details This is a per diem position Friday and Saturday Nights 11PM-7AM The General Maintenance Technician supports hospital operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment Monitor and work with the Building Management System (BMS) Replace belts on air handling units Clear drains and replace filters Assist with snow removal and general facility maintenance Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3–4 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and power plant operations Valid driver's license Become part of a team dedicated to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare environment.
