Grading Project Manager (Commercial Paving)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Grading Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial sitework and paving projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising grading and paving operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of earthwork, site development, asphalt paving, and subcontractor coordination.
