What You'll Be Doing
Operate haul units safely and efficiently to move materials across the site
Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work culture
Support production goals by transporting materials in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
Capability to work effectively in fast‑paced, outdoor industrial environments
Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Successful candidate must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
