It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence. Description of Work The Central Supervisors under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services are responsible for the on-site supervision of the center/campus after 5:00pm, weekends and holidays. They monitor and enforce directly and/or through the chain of command, the observance and compliance of regulations, policies, and procedures. This position serves as the key liaison person receiving and relaying information during their shift and works closely with the Center Director, Program Director, Residential Services Director, and other Department Heads when follow-up and/or clarification of issues are necessary. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $17,885.00 - $26,827.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
