Work Expectations Employees are expected to: Adhere to all Arundel Lodge policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements. Follow policies related to attendance, punctuality, overtime, timesheets, and time-off requests. Comply with health, safety, infection control, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention standards. Maintain professional boundaries and positive relationships with persons served. Use agency vehicles and equipment responsibly. Attend required meetings and trainings. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work activities.
