Position Objective Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients located in Laurel, MD  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors. Gather and dispose of trash. Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies. Dust furniture and clean windows. Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols. Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory. Notify management of necessary repairs. Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis: Walking and standing Climbing Bending forward Wearing hip/backpack vacuum Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder Knowledge and Skill Requirements An active Top Secret with SCI - REQUIRED  Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
