Local Table, the fine dining restaurant at Willow Valley Communities, is looking for a friendly, polished, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining room. Responsibilities include: Welcoming Residents and guests with professionalism and hospitality Escorting diners to their tables, providing menus, sharing specials, and pouring ice water Coordinating seating and maintaining an efficient flow throughout the dining room Supporting servers to ensure exceptional customer service and timely service Monitoring adherence to dining room dress code standards Assisting with the setup and execution of special events Updating menus as directed Assisting with clearing and resetting tables between seatings Inspecting dining and service areas for cleanliness and presentation Expediting food from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure proper timing of service Checking plates for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before delivery Communicating with servers when tables are ready and assisting with food delivery as needed Following all Willow Valley HACCP and Food Safety policies and procedures What We're Looking For ✅ One to three months of hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or guest relations experience preferred ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude ✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fine dining environment ✅ Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences Apply Today!
