We're looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you'll help shape the employee journey—from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR initiatives—while making a lasting impact on our culture and team member experience.
What You'll Do
Recruit and attract exceptional hospitality talent.
Create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
Partner with department leaders to support staffing strategies and workforce planning.
Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture.
Support employee relations, recognition programs, and HR initiatives.
Help drive team member engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
A collaborative, approachable HR professional with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed.
Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance
Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning
Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices
Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
4+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred
Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
