In this role, you'll help shape the employee journey—from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR initiatives—while making a lasting impact on our culture and team member experience. What You'll Do Recruit and attract exceptional hospitality talent. Create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success. Partner with department leaders to support staffing strategies and workforce planning. Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture. Support employee relations, recognition programs, and HR initiatives. Help drive team member engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience. What We're Looking For Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. A collaborative, approachable HR professional with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed. Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.
