HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations Lead and support the payroll team Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues Qualifications: Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits) At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution Core Competencies Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR) Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
