HVAC Install Technician

Join a company that values skilled installers, provides the support and resources to succeed, and rewards quality craftsmanship Key Responsibilities: Install residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Remove and replace HVAC equipment, including indoor and outdoor units. Install and modify ductwork as needed for system performance. Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each installation. Accurately complete all required job documentation. Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain the operation of newly installed equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and ductwork modifications Ability to install indoor and outdoor equipment with minimal supervision Working knowledge of HVAC tools, testing devices, and installation best practices EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II required; Universal preferred) NATE Certification is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Best-in-Class Benefits:   Industry-leading pay: Hourly + Spiffs (Annual earning potential of up to $100,000+) Consistent, year-round residential installation work Newer equipment, quality installation materials, and organized support Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Team-oriented company culture with opportunities for growth A company that values quality workmanship over rushed installs Work Environment:  Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
