Overview HVAC Selling Technician Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity?Haley Mechanical is seeking a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC Technician team as a Selling Technician . Compensation $30–$50 per hour (uncapped commission) Top performers earn $150,000+ per year Position Overview The HVAC Selling Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing or replacing HVAC equipment as needed to meet client needs. This role also involves identifying opportunities for system replacements, clearly communicating those opportunities to customers, and successfully executing on‑site equipment sales. Technicians are expected to communicate effectively with both clients and dispatch, maintain accurate job documentation, and ensure all relevant details are shared for follow‑up or future work.
