We are hiring both HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installation Technicians to service, repair, or install residential heating and air conditioning systems . This role supports homeowners by providing reliable HVAC repair, maintenance, and system diagnostics . As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will: Replace aging or malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems Complete full residential HVAC system installations in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes Take the lead on HVAC installation projects while guiding and supporting an assigned helper or junior installer Perform system startups, verify proper operation, and diagnose any issues to ensure optimal performance Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and inspection requirements This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering steady workloads and strong income potential for experienced HVAC professionals.
