We provide top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for both homes and businesses. If you want steady work, great pay, and a company that values your skills Your Mission & Key Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician with Air Systems, you’ll be out in the field every day, keeping our customers comfortable and safe. You’ll: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and service recommendations Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used Work as part of a team to get the job done right and on time Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency HVAC service What Sets You Apart Experience: 5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician, with strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Certifications: EPA Section 608 and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus Customer Service: You’re friendly, professional, and take pride in making customers happy Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile Team Player: You work well with others and help out when needed Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle the demands of the job About SRM SRM Concrete is a respected leader in the construction industry, known for quality and service.
